He holds the Chair of Civil Procedural Law of the University of Mendoza, in both academic centers, in Mendoza City and San Rafael. He has been Legal Counselor of the Provincial Institute of Housing; Former Advisor of the Ministry of Health of the Province of Mendoza; Head of Legal Affairs of the Residual Funds Entity of former public Banks: Bank of Mendoza and Social Welfare Bank; member of the Academic Council of the University of Mendoza Law School; former member of the Ethics Board of the Mendoza Bar Association. He has participated as lecturer in conferences and update-training courses. He has been member of the jury of thesismaster´s and has published numerous works on his field of expertise. He has been coauthor of the Civil Procedural Code and Labor Procedural Code, both published by "La Ley" Publishing House.

He exercises in the areas of Civil and Commercial Law.
